Make adding estimates more convenient
Currently, to add an estimate to a card from board view I have to do at least:
* press enter
* press Ctrl+E
* 2 x press enter
It would be great if Ctrl+E worked on board view.
We often tend to add same estimate to a lot of cards, so selecting a batch of cards end entering an estimates for all at once would also help us.18 votesIt’s released. Press “E” to edit estimate for selected card.

Icons
Card colours are very useful, but it would also be great to add little icons to highlight certain areas. Such as what areas the card touches on e.g. IA, Engineering, Software Design

We are pleased to announce that since the latest release of StoriesOnBard, card annotations are available. Find out more on the link below:

Placing cards several slots from the top (leaving empty spaces above)
"I was wondering about the possibility of placing a card one or several slots from the top of a column. I quite often prioritize cards in relation to each other, meaning the top row of a column may not have a card but the second row might."

Status summary or report
"would be nice is a summery of statuses:
Done: 20
Ready: 15
Doing: 12
etc.Of course this can also be extracted from the backlog excel sheet, but it
would be nice to have it directly from the tool. Maybe circle diagram or
something..."8 votesDear users,
Although we don’t support summarising statuses for the whole map, it is possible to get a status report for each release. For more info, please check the link below:

Dark theme
To be inline with other developer tools with dark themes.
4 votesDear users,
You can change the theme of the topbar and the menu in your profile settings (upper right corner). However, it will not change the overall look of the board, just the menu bar.

Move cards with shortcut keys
eg Ctrl + Left or Ctrl + Right
23 votesDear users,
From now on, you can move cards on the board using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + X to cut the card from its position then navigate with the cursor keys to the desired place and CTRL + V to paste the card. You can also access copy, cut, and paste functions from each card’s dropdown menu.

Show Remaining and Total Release Hours
If something is done it still shows the total hours in the release column. I'd like to see remaining hours. Maybe something like 82 left of 104 hours... Right now I just 0 the hours out on "Done" cards and right the actual time and estimated inside the card

Discussions around Cards, with notifications (email and slack)
I LOVE this product, BTW. We are/were using basecamp, and one of the features we love is the discussions around a list item. Discussions around a story card would be huge about who said what, to evolve things over time. It would be super nice to be able to discuss things asynchronously here (know who said what) and refer to those cards externally as well, such as in a slack discussion.

Slack integration
You should add slack integration
merged description from similar idea:
"Integration with slack to easily discuss cards, and have that historical discussion be able to be tracked would be huge. I haven't thought 100% exactly how it would work, but my biggest gap in your product now is an easy way to discuss the cards with a remote team, and have that historical discussion context easily tied to that card."27 votesIt’s done also with HipChat and FlowDock integration!

Add custom statuses
Add ability to create custom statuses.
We have a QA process and a peer review process that need to be accounted for. Also, having some way to order the statues to reproduce a workflow and be able to see that progression on the board would be nice.
306 votesCustom workflow is now available to all users with Standard and Pro plans. To set it up, refer to our guide here: https://docs.storiesonboard.com/en/articles/5781670-custom-workflow

Delete card directly from the board with mouse
Instead of from the details window
With a button on the card or with drag and drop.
(with keyboard cards can be deleted with the Delete or the Shift+Delete keys, the latter is without confirmation!)4 votesDear users,
Now it is possible to delete cards like hovering the mouse over them and choosing Delete card from the “…” dropdown menu. Also, keyboard shortcuts “Del” and “Shift + Del” can be used.

Copy a whole story map
I'd like to copy a global story map so that I can modify a lot of user stories but having a sort of backup of the previous version.
Thank you2 votesHere’s how you can copy a story map: on the dashboard click on create a new story map, then scroll down in the dialog and click on advanced settings and under that check “Create by copy” and select the story map you’d like to copy.
