I have certain milestones dates. I use stories on board to track my progress.

Now today, I want to see my progress compared to my previous milestone. I want to see if the scope has changed a lot (more cards or less cards) and the difference in progress. Also to track if the priorities of the cards (Release wise) has changed a lot.

It is a nice to have feature that we may do without, but since we want managers to use Stories On Board as tracking and planning and they are used to baselines in other planning tools, it may be a good feature to have to get their approval of the tool.

There is no consistant way to view diffs in Gantt chart tools with baselines but they do follow certain trends...
