"What I am finding is that we will be using a number of maps for different efforts with mostly the same individuals. If we were working in only one map then the current notification process would be sufficient. However working in multiple maps, it is highly likely that someone could get a notification in another map and not know it. To cut down on all the possible emails and communication with slack, we have turned off some events.

What I envision, is that when a user is part of any map with the same email address, that the notification symbol be displayed as currently done. There are a possible ways of doing it.

· Shared Notification List - An option to show a combined notification list that identifies the map, card, etc. and provides and option to take the user to the appropriate location (maybe more of an inbox for the user)

· Shared Notification – When a notification is sent from another (or possibly workspace) the user is notified as currently done with the symbol over their name. When the user clicks on the symbol to display the activity and notification list it either displays the list as usual, meaning notification from the current map, or it shows a list of links to other map(s) and allows the user to move to that map and notification list

I call out notifications here rather than the activity. I think there would like be too much activity to do something similar." - Tom
