It would be great if we could have a "QA" status. It would be greater if we could customize status!

Could we have another status of "Blocked". Whilst "Doing" is okay if the work that is being done has no issues we have no way of identifying from the board if the work is blocked by an issue that needs resolving before the work can be completed.
