Placing cards several slots from the top (leaving empty spaces above)
"I was wondering about the possibility of placing a card one or several slots from the top of a column. I quite often prioritize cards in relation to each other, meaning the top row of a column may not have a card but the second row might."

Yes please - this is how our team work with the physical board on the wall, so is vital if we are to be able to go digital.
