"Is there a way to add a "cancel" - state to the cards?
Sometimes cards just get cancelled along the way, and we want to make this visual.
I would prefer to keep the cancelled stories in a release for communication purposes. I use story maps in review meetings to explain to our stakeholders on what stories the team worked, what we committed to, what is completed in this release, what's next, but also what was planned for but got cancelled during the release. The stakeholders deserve to know. Open and transparent communication is key in agile. To me, showing what got cancelled for whatever reason in all openess is part of that."
