Subscription admin should not be counted as an editor
Sometimes subscription admin is an IT guy or a manager who doesn’t work in StoriesOnBoard just manages the subscription. Currently you need to buy an additional editor license for them.

I think this is mandatory. And it's not only for the payment part but moreover the organisational. Subscription Admin is a non individual role that most probably has a generic email because it's an department in any bigger company. Whereas all the users have an individual account.
Would really like to see that.
However, you could simply include one free license as Subscription Admin without to much development?

I agree, I just manage the billing. There should be a billing option, a non-editor admin or just allows 1 single seat add.

I agree that people that pay the subscription bills, should not be counted as people using the tool as an editor.

In most enterprises. the people that pay the subscription bills are not the people using the tool. This is especially true when you want to sign up a large group of users.
