   I think this is mandatory. And it's not only for the payment part but moreover the organisational. Subscription Admin is a non individual role that most probably has a generic email because it's an department in any bigger company. Whereas all the users have an individual account.

   Would really like to see that.

   However, you could simply include one free license as Subscription Admin without to much development?
