I forgot to enter my VAT number. Can you refund the VAT and issue another receipt without the VAT?

Unfortunately we can’t refund the charged VAT and can’t issue another receipt, but if you provide a VAT number and it is confirmed that it’s valid when you enter, from the next month you’ll be charged without the VAT and you’ll get a receipt about that.
